Won't pay return postage for faulty goods and very rude customer service.
If the goods are clearly faulty they will ignore the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and won't cover return postage costs. In addition their customer service is extremely rude. A retailer to avoid.

Order did not arrive, poor and rude customer service, refused to reimburse. The order did not arrive, after emails back and forth they expected me to chase up with royal mail when it is their responsibility to do so. 6 weeks later after more emails, I was accused of blackmail because I suggested I would share my experience on review sites if the matter wasn't resolved by the end of the week? (isn't this the actual purpose of review sites?) After nearly having it resolved via store credit, this was promptly canceled before I could re-order and having then vented my frustration at: 1) being £91 out of pocket 2) having not had a timely resolution 6 weeks and counting 3) being accused of blackmail I was then given some nonsense about providing incorrect addresses because my initial order was for 10 x road, and in the emails back and forth I stated 10a x road, even though both are the same address and delivery to either address would go to the same address. My legal 10a address is a subaddress within the property for which 10 is the main address. This is an utterly moot point but exemplifies the ridiculousness of email interaction I had with them. Having articulated my grievances, and because of the above address nonsense they decided that they wouldn't be reimbursing me with store credit and that I would have to 'chase it up with card issuer'. On top of this, I was called being 'EXTREMELY PARANOID' for inferring that at least some level of fraud or wrongdoing on my part was being levied despite earlier email correspondence informing me that the matter was being forwarded to the fraud department.
